On June 30th, Law No. 21,453 was published in the Official Gazette. The new law requires financial institutions to provide information on products and instruments, such as bank current accounts, term or sight deposits, term or sight savings accounts and insurance contracts with savings, among others, as well as the amounts of installments maintained by their holders domiciled or residing in Chile.
