On April 30, 2021, Law No. 21,327 was published in the Official Gazette, containing a series of regulations aimed at modernizing the administrative entity.

As reported by the Labor Direction, the modifications introduced by the law aim to generate improvements in two main areas:

• Modern control that better protects the rights of workers
• Strengthening of the rules of entry to the Labor Directorate and its plant
