The national media El Mercurio, published a note that addresses the withdrawal of the regulation of Law Karin of the Comptroller’s Office, a regulation that would contain the guidelines to which the investigations for labor, sexual harassment and violence in the workplace must conform.

In this regard, our partner María Fernanda Espinosa, said that although it is a common practice that regulations are withdrawn, the problem it presents “is the delay it generates in the implementation of the Karin Law and that companies are against time to modify their internal regulations. This document was relevant to be able to make the updates properly, so this delay will undoubtedly cause problems”.
