Legal advice to Scotiabank in the process of selling the branch located in Huérfanos with Mac-Iver, Santiago Centro, to the Mutual de Seguros de Chile. The operation included the negotiation and closing of a lease agreement with the Undersecretary of Public Health of the Ministry of Health of Chile, since Mutual demanded as a precondition that the branch be leased.
