President Gabriel Boric announced on 10 January 2024 the Intelligent Permitting System, which is embodied in the bill that establishes a Framework Law on Sectoral Authorisations and amends various legal bodies. The bill entered the Chamber of Deputies on Monday 15 January 2024 and is currently in the first constitutional procedure.
