On July 2, 2020, the Urban Development Division of the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism issued Circular DDU 436, complementing the instructions given by Circular DDU 429 April 2020, for the unification of criteria in the procedures before the Directorates of Municipal Works (“DOM “), in the context of the COVID-19 virus.
