Today “Diario Financiero” published the column “Municipal patent: keys to solve”, written by Carola Trucco, partner of the tax area of ​​Barros & Errázuriz.

In the article, she writes that although she values ​​the progress of the debate on the modernization of tax legislation, which -among other things- establishes the payment of municipal patents, the future scenario is still uncertain, leaving doubts regarding the interpretation that will be given to the transitory provision that establishes the validity of this change.
