Today Barros & Errázuriz held the breakfast “Lessons from the Cornershop case and legal challenges associated with entrepreneurship”, which was attended by around 40 startups.

During the successful meeting, the edges around the fall of the purchase of Cornershop by Walmart Mexico were reviewed, after the ruling of the Federal Commission of Economic Competition (Cofece), of the same country. In charge of the exhibition were our partner Sergio Eguiguren, on corporate issues; Francisco Bórquez, senior associate in charge of giving an analysis from free competition and András Rodríguez, also senior associate of the Firm, who delivered the perspectives in relation to data protection.
