Barros & Errázuriz advised Moneda S.A  in the cross-border merger of a Chilean public investment fund (Moneda Deuda Latinoamericana Fondo de Inversión) with a Peruvian private investment fund (Fondo Larraín Vial Renta Fija Latinoamericana FI), by incorporation of the latter into the first, which acquired all its assets and liabilities and succeeded it in all its rights and obligations.

As a result of the merger, all the assets and shareholders of Fondo Larraín Vial Renta Fija Fija Latinoamericana FI were incorporated into Moneda Deuda Latinoamericana Fondo de Inversión.
