Barros & Errázuriz advised Ameris Capital in its fund Ameris Renta Residencial Fondo de Inversión in the acquisition of 50% of the shares of the company Inmobiliaria Viento Sur S. A. (from Inmobiliaria BNV) owner of the Park Building, located in Santo Domingo street, in Santiago Centro, destined to residential rent.

The advice included the due diligence of the property, the building and the company, as well as the negotiation and structure of the transaction and the preparation and drafting of the share purchase and sale agreements, the share subscription agreements and real estate consultancy agreements, property management and rental brokerage
