Barros & Errázuriz advised Asset Chile in the purchase of a 20-story building, located in a real estate project consisting of two towers, located on Juan Mitjans street, Macul commune, Metropolitan Region, composed of 239 residential apartments, 62 warehouses and 140 parking lots to be used for residential rent.

The advice consisted of the negotiation and drafting of the promise of sale for the building, the performance of a due diligence of the title deeds of the properties where the building is located, of the urban aspects of the building and determination of the guidelines of the co-ownership regulations, as well as a legal due diligence of the owner company. Likewise, Barros & Errázuriz advised in the preparation of all documents related to the acquisition of the building units and the financing of the purchase.
