Advice on the signing of a credit line opening contract for the sum of USD 600,000 between Zippedi SpA and Kineret Inversiones and Gestión Limitada in Comandita por Acciones, under which the latter will grant money loans for the sole purpose of building robots that analyze the stocks of merchandise in the big stores and supermarkets. The payment of interest accruing on said loans will be made through the conversion of shares of a foreign shareholder of Zippedi SpA.
