Advice to Corporación Mutual Docentes Escuela Medicina UC, a non-profit corporation formed in 1984 by an important group of academics of the School of Medicine of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with the purpose of improving the retirement pensions of its members, in the negotiations with the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile for the dissolution of the same and the transfer of all the assets owned by the Mutual to the university, in exchange for the latter assuming part of the obligations that the latter had with its members.
