Barros & Errázuriz advised Rentas Sura 7 SpA on the purchase of 100% of the shares of the company Nueva Las Condes SpA that were owned by the Spanish company GLL Latam Chile, S.L, whose main asset are the corporate offices currently leased to Banco Itaú Corpbanca for its headquarters.
