Barros & Errázuriz advised the Company on the structuring and negotiation of a non-revolving line of credit, for purposes of financing the construction of third lanes of the highway named Autopista del Sol, which connects the cities of Santiago and San Antonio. The concession of such highway is owned by the Company.
The financing was granted by Banco Santander-Chile. The total amount of the line of credit is CLP 88,000,000,000 (approximately USD 129,000,000).
Signing of the closing documents, including a credit agreement and a security package, among others, took place in Santiago on July 3, 2019.
