Barros & Errázuriz advised Pacific Hydro Chile S.A. on the refinancing of its existing debt under a syndicated credit agreement executed on 2017. The operation contemplated the preparation of a due diligence report, which reviewed different aspects of the company and certain projects operated by it. Additionally, Barros & Errázuriz advised Pacific Hydro Chile S.A. in the preparation and negotiations of a new syndicated credit agreement, and the other documents associated therewith, where different jurisdictions were involved, such as New York, Australia, Hong Kong and Chile.
