Barros y Errázuriz advised Administradora de Inversiones GSI Capital SA in the acquisition, from Sociedad Agrícola Río Escondido Limitada of the lease flows of 3 solar energy projects (Río Escondido, Malaquita and Los Loros) with a total capacity of 210 mega watts, located in Tierra Amarilla, Copiapó.

Our advice included the design of an efficient structure so as not to affect the obligations and rights of the energy generating companies that own each project, and the draft and negotiation of all the documentation, including the real properties sale contracts in which the projects are located and contracts for the assignment of cash flows derived from the real property use rights.
