Barros & Errázuriz advised Agrosuper in the capital increase of its listed affiliate Empresas Aquachile S.A. which will allow it to consolidate the salmon business of the group. The capital increase was payable in kind by contributing Agrosuper’s ownership over Pesquera Los Fiordos.
