Barros & Errázuris advised BTG Pactual A.G.F on the refinancing of 3 of its real estate funds projects, located in the municipalities of Santiago and Independencia.

In the aforementioned transaction, B&E acted as an advisor to BTG in the review, modification and preparation of all documents aimed at obtaining such financing by Banco Security and the transfer of current loans to said Bank.
