The national newspaper El Mercurio published an opinion column by the director, Alejandra Aránguiz, and associate, Cristóbal Millar, on the Parcel Law project.

In this regard, and in relation to the message sent by the President to the Chamber of Deputies, which seeks to regulate the rural territory, they added that, “Although it is pertinent to discuss whether the enactment of this law is entirely necessary in light of its objectives and whether it is not sufficient to exercise the currently existing supervisory powers, it is positive that it seeks to regulate this phenomenon in a comprehensive manner, taking up concepts that, among others, have been held by authorities such as the Seremi Minvu and the Superintendence of the Environment”.
