Barros & Errázuriz advised BTG Pactual Renta Comercial Fondo de Inversión in the issuance and placement of Series C corporate bonds, with the purpose of refinancing the Series A corporate bonds, and the structuring and materialization of a public offering for the voluntary prepayment in full of the Series A corporate bonds.
