Advice to the Sociedad Nacional de Agricultura in the sale of 60% of the shares of the company Fisa S.A. to the French company GL Events, who acquired it through its Chilean subsidiary GL Events Exhibitions Chile SpA. The advice included the negotiation of the purchase and sale agreement of shares and a shareholders’ agreement of the company Fisa S.A., in which our client remained as a minority shareholder.
