Advice to JP Morgan Chase in the registration and placement of the first bonds issued by Latam Airlines in Chile. Given the relevance of the transaction, it was required a deep and close work with the Chilean Securities Authority, the main local Stock Exchanges and the Securities Depository.

The structure of the transaction considered the placement of 2 long term bonds of US $103,000,000 each one rate of 5,25%, and the placement of 2 long term bonds of US $76,000,000 million each one at a rate of 5,75%.
