Barros & Errázuriz advised Inversiones CMPC S.A. in the registration, issuance and placement of green bonds for approx. USD 102 million in the Chilean stock market. The bonds comply with the Green Bonds Principles established by the International Capital Markets Association. The funds will be used to finance and refinance projects with environmental and sustainable benefits. This is the third green bond issued by CMPC and the first of this type issued by this company in Chile.
