Advice to Inmobiliaria Tercera Avenida in the development of real estate projects in the municipalities of San Miguel, Macul and La Cisterna. The legal advice was provided from the initial phase of the project, which includes the title studies of each of the properties to purchase, negotiations with the property owners, drafting of the promise to purchase and the purchase agreements; and later the advice included the management of the real estate project to be developed, such as urban planning, drafting of co-ownership regulations, drafting of construction contracts and drafting of promises to sale each of the units of the Real Estate Project.
