Advice to Inmobiliaria AIVSE S.A. in obtaining, on the part of the Public Works Department of the Municipality of Colina, in the release to public use of a sector of the real estate project Borde Andino that is located in the Real Estate Complex Eco Urbe Santa Elena. This release corresponded to a strip of land that encumbered approximately 21 homes out of 41 that the project contemplated, hindering their sale. The value of the totality of the affected houses was on average US $ 6,200,000.
