Inmobiliaria Torre Costanera SpA owns and leases with the option to purchase the offices that are used by PWC as a long-term tenant, located on several floors of the Torre Costanera Building.
The role of our study was related to the structuring, negotiation, due diligence and purchase of 100% of the property of Inmobiliaria Torre Costanera SpA by INMOBILIARIA RENTAS II SpA, including the drafting and negotiation of all the complementary agreements and guarantees necessary for the purchase of the company and its underlying assets.
