Advice to GeoPark Chile SpA, guarantor in the offer of US$350.000 million of total capital of GeoPark Limited guaranteed senior notes at 5,500% with maturity in 2024. The notes were sold in an offer exempt from registration under Rule 144A and Regulation S and are guaranteed by GeoPark Chile SpA, among other subsidiaries of GeoPark Limited.
