Advice to COEXCA S.A. in the obtaining, on the part of the Public Works Department of the Municipality of San Javier, of a building permit for the 10,000 Mother Pig Farm, San Agustín del Arbolito located in the community of San Javier, Maule Region, which had been illegally denied. Said building permit was essential to the company’s business plan. Once the regulations of urban planning and construction were reviewed, it appealed to higher administrative bodies (Seremi Housing and Urban Planning, General Comptroller of the Republic, Mayor Municipality of San Javier) through the corresponding administrative actions.

The value of the 10,000 mother pig plant project was approximately US$ 28,000,000.
