Advice to BTG Pactual Rentas Inmobiliarias II Fondo de Inversión in the registration, issuance and placement of inflation-linked local market bonds for approximately US$ 103,000,000.

It consisted in one Serie “A”, with a term of 5 years approximately and with a placement rate of 1,85%.

The proceeds will be destined to finance investments projects of the Fund.

This placement represents a milestone for the Chilean capital market, as it corresponds to the second issue of bonds made by an investment fund in our country, also constituting the largest issue made by this type of investment vehicles to date.
