Advice to Banco Santander-Chile in the granting of corporate financing to AK Chile Holdings SpA (a company managed by Accel-KKR, a global leader with a focus on the technology sector), through a credit agreement, the past 3 of January, 2018.

The exclusive purpose of the loan is to finance the payment of the price of the shares stipulated in the share purchase agreement, for the purpose of acquiring, either directly or indirectly, one hundred percent of the shares of I-Med S.A.

I-Med, is currently the largest connected health network in Chile, which has maintained its technological leadership, the last 15 years in the electronic management of health procedures.
