Barros & Errázuriz advised Banco BTG Pactual Chile and Penta Vida Compañía de Seguros de Vida S.A. in the granting of a financing to Transportes Marítimos Kochifas S.A., Naviera y Turismo Skorpios S.A. and Naviera y Transporte Patagonia Sur Limitada with the purpose of refinance current liabilities and to finance part of the purchase of a cargo and tourist transport ship.

The finance agreement considers the granting of several mortgages in favor to the Lenders over real state and ships own both by Transportes Marítimos Kochifas S.A., Naviera y Turismo Skorpios S.A. and others related companies.
