Advice to Ameris Capital in the structuring of a preferential capital operation for the financing of a real estate project owned by Inmobiliaria Nuevo Puente Alto S.A of the Inmobiliaria S.A. in Puente Alto that contemplates the construction of eight buildings of 123 apartments in addition to parking lots and warehouses.

The client was advised in the drafting of the contracts of the operation, all negotiations with the counterpart and insurers, as well as in the study of project titles.
