Barros & Errázuriz advised Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos, through one of its investment funds (Ameris Infraestructura I),  in the purchase of 37% of Sociedad GNL Mejillones to Codelco. The acquisition was financed with an equity investment of US$85 Million made by the same fund and long term financing, granted by Industrial Bank of Korea Hong Kong Branch, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Agricultural Bank of China, advice which was also provide by our Firm.
