Barros & Errázuriz advised Moneda GSI Rentas Energías Renovales I Fondo de Inversión in the execution of a financing agreement to the companies Generadora Norte and Inversiones Brakers Limitada, both the sole shareholders of Avenir Solar Energy Chile SpA, a company owner of a real estate located in Atacama Region over which long-term usufruct agreements are in force for the developing of photovoltaic projects.

B&E advice included the structuring and negotiation of a financing agreement and the customary collateral package for these kinds of operations, including pledge over shares in Avenir, mortgage over the real estate mentioned above, collection mandates and conditional assignment of the usufruct agreements.
