Advice in the association between real estate company Moller Perez-Cotapos and asset manager Larrain Vial to invest in specific real estate projects managed and constructed by Moller Perez-Cotapos through several closed corporations, where a a public fund was formed by Larrain Vial to invest in these projects.

In addition to the formation of the public fund, the matter included the negotiation of a master agreement, shareholders’ agreement and construction, management and commercialization agreements with Moller Perez-Cotapos.
