Barros & Errázuriz advised Grupo Inder and Fondo de Inversión Fynsa Energía, as sellers, in the sale of 100% of the shares of Anpac SpA to Grupo Cerro Dominador, owned by EIG Global Energy Partners, an institutional investor in the global energy sector and one of the world’s leading infrastructure investors.
Anpac SpA owns a portfolio of 11 small and medium-sized run-of-river hydropower plants in the O’Higgins, Maule, Bio Bio and Araucania regions. Anpac’s 110 MW portfolio includes both operating plants and projects in different stages of construction and development, in the spot and stabilized price markets. The advisory included our involvement in all stages of what was a competitive M&A process, from a non-binding epata to the closing of the transaction.
