Barros & Errázurz advised HyC Inversiones and Atacama Invest in the negotiation and purchase of a lot located at the borough of La Florida for the development of a residential rental project.

The lot has a surface of approximately 1,990 square meters, consisting of 9 sites. Before the acquisition of the land, legal due diligence regarding the property titles was performed by B&E, as well as the preparation of the promissory agreements, and the preparation and drafting of the incorporation and structure of the SPV.
