General Norm No. 443 issued by CMF

The rule temporarily exempts the presentation of certain documents in the applications for registration of public offering securities and modifies general rule n ° 30.

On June 15, 2020, the Financial Market Commission (the “Comisión para el Mercado Financiero” – CMF), issued the General Rule No. 443 (“NCG 443”), which exempts all issuers who have entered or will enter applications for registration of lines of bonds, securitization debt securities or bills of exchange until June 30, 2021, of the requirements indicated below.
Likewise, said norm modifies General Norm 30 (the “NCG 30”) with respect to the registration of issuers of securities, registration of shares and submission of risk classifications for applications for registration of bond lines and bills of exchange.
