Barros & Errázuriz represented Iridium Concesiones de Infraestructuras S.A. in the pre-qualification process of the second health facility concession program held by Ministerio de Obras Públicas.

On March 23, 2020, the resolution accepting Iridium’s application for registration in the “Special International Registry for the Second Health Facility Concession Program” was issued.

Companies that were chosen in the pre-qualification process are the only ones that will be able to submit bids to develop the 18 hospital projects proposed to be built throughout Chile.
