On March 24, 2020, the President Sebastián Piñera has promulgated the Law that Modifies the Labor Code on Distance Work.

This law introduces a new chapter in the Labor Code. In this sense, the Barros & Errázuriz Labor team developed a report with the most relevant scope and effects of this regulation.
