Advice to Fondo de Inversión Asset Rentas Residenciales in the registration of a line of dematerialized bonds by line of 6-year debt securities in the Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market, for an amount of up to UF 900,000. The Firm also advised on the placement of the Series A Bonds for an amount of UF 880,000 charged to said bond line, maturing on August 25, 2024 and at a placement rate of 0.29%.
