This morning, the “90 Minutes: Soon Payment Law” Talk was held in the Chilean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CAMCHAL), of which Barros & Errázuriz is a partner.

Carola Trucco (Tax Partner), Daniela Peña (Corporate Senior Associate) and Matías Cunill (Tax Associate), addressed the details of Law Nº. 21,131, which establishes the 30-day payment and its implications.
