On September 30, 2019, an amendment to the General Ordinance of Urban Planning and Construction was published in the Official Journal whose objective, among others, is to strengthen the legal certainty of the permits and authorizations granted by the Municipal Works Departments, as well as incorporate within the aforementioned Ordinance, the possibility of regulating in greater detail the regulatory incentives that may be incorporated into the Community Regulatory Plans.
