Advice to the Balbi family on the sale of 100% of Salmones Ice-Val (business of growing and raising salmon in southern Chile) to Blumar S.A., which included the advice to sellers during the bidding process organized by Tyndall Group, as financial advisors, and in the negotiation and closing of the transaction with the selected bidders.

Taking into account the high quality of the seller’s assets, the bidding process included several suppliers related to the salmon industry.
