On Wednesday, august 22, Barros y Errázuriz’s Labor team held a breakfast for clients, about “Workplace Harassment, Sexual Harassment and Discrimination within the company”.

In the interesting meeting, our partner Juan Cristóbal Iturrate and Senior Associate María Fernanda Espinosa, delved into the legal regulation, the investigation procedures, the contingencies for the company and the control measures that the organizations can take in these aspects.

The talk was very well received by the attendees, who took the opportunity to discuss a contingency issue and to answer questions in relation to their companies.
