On October 5th, our partner and member of the ICARE Chile’s Legal Circle, María Teresa Cremaschi, participated as a presenter of the Business Forum “The Succession of Family Business”.
During the meeting, organized by the same private corporation, the lawyer spoke about “The key to the survival of the business family over time”. This is a relevant issue at national level, since family businesses represent 70% of the Gross Domestic Product and cover the same percentage of the labor demand of our country, however, they do not have a special regulation in Chile, influencing the continuity of these figures in time.
