Advice to Banco BICE in the granting of financing for the payment of the Value Added Tax associated with the construction of a project consisting of the expansion of a diesel-based backup plant, located in the community of Cabrero, Biobio region, Chile. The mentioned expansion will increase the installed capacity of the plant to one hundred thirty-nine Megawatts; this will be achieved through the acquisition and operation of a new model GE 9E turbine and through the construction of additional civil works required for its operation.
